- Contact information of the complaining party such as name, address, and email must be included.
- A statement confirming that the use of the material is unauthorized must be included.
- A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided and the authority of the complaining party to act on behalf of the copyright owner is necessary.

We may disclose the identity of the complaining party to the alleged infringer in any copyright infringement claim we receive. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your content has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can send us a counter notification to have it restored. The counter notification must include your signature, a description of the removed material, and a statement asserting that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature is required.
- The material taken down must be described and its original location provided.
- You must declare under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
- Your contact details must be included, along with consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

Repeat Infringer Policy
